Surveillance Security - Access Control

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. Your sharp eye and attention to detail will be key as you monitor screens and spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Site Location: Lebanon, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.55 per hour.

Schedule

• Part‑Time: Saturday & Sunday, Nights, 4:45 p.m. to 4:45 a.m.
• Part‑Time: Monday & Tuesday, Evenings, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
