As a global leader, we provide dynamic opportunities for claim investigators, SIU investigators, and surveillance investigators. Our team is committed to innovation and excellence, making a significant impact in the insurance industry.

About the role

Allied Universal® is hiring a remote Surveillance Case Manager. Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely closing of all files on which the client requires no additional investigative activity. Upon closure of files with unused authorization monies, provide a detailed description of the reasons for unused authorization.

  • Consult with the client to develop and implement an efficient, effective, and ethical investigation of an insurance claim.
  • Maintain quality control after investigation completion, ensuring all client objectives are addressed and achieved, and that billing aligns with the AUS standard billing schedule or client contract rates.
  • Manage assigned case inventory, utilizing discretion and independent judgment to resolve conflicts between clients and/or investigators; respond to customer concerns (negotiating as needed) and escalate field operation issues to the appropriate Field Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, International Studies, National Security, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting complex insurance investigations (preferred).

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan, and disability insurance.
  • Seven paid holidays annually.
  • Sick days available where required by law.
  • Vacation time accrued at an initial rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is paid out only where required by law.
