About the Role

As a gestational surrogate, you will help intended parents who cannot carry a pregnancy by carrying and delivering a child on their behalf. You will receive full support throughout the process, including medical care, legal representation, health insurance, and emotional counseling, all at no cost to you.

Responsibilities

• Complete an application and undergo medical, psychological, and background screenings.
• Work with the agency to be matched with compatible intended parents.
• Participate in medical preparation, including embryo transfer procedures.
• Maintain pregnancy with ongoing support from your dedicated care team.
• Deliver the baby and receive postpartum care.

Requirements

• Aged 21–39, non-smoker, with BMI under 32.
• Has given birth to at least one child with no criminal history.
• Healthy, compassionate, and able to commit to the journey.
• Supportive team with personal surrogacy experience preferred.

Pay

Ability to set your own compensation, potentially earning up to $100,000 or more.
