Surgical Technologist (H)

About the role

Sets up operating room for each case by gathering supplies such as X-rays, instruments, etc.

Works closely with RN to implement plan of care for each case that also aligns with the physician's preferences.

Maintains and demonstrates knowledge and proper use of all surgical equipment and instruments.

Assists physician and other health care staff during procedures.

Requirements

• Current BLS or obtained within 90 days of employment
