Surgical Technologist - Days

Position: Surgical Technologist - Main Operating Room Role & Responsibilities: You will prepare surgical instrumentation, equipment, and supplies based on physician requests, ensuring proper handling and care of instruments. You will perform scrub duties, anticipating the surgeon's needs during procedures, and maintain a safe environment while effectively communicating with patients of all ages. Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an approved surgical technology program, hold current CPR certification, and have prior surgical experience or on-the-job training. Certification in surgical technology is preferred. Key Duties Identify and obtain necessary surgical tools and supplies.Exchange drug trays as directed by licensed staff.Assist during surgeries by anticipating instrument and supply needs.Ensure safety and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
