About the Role

As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you'll support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile fields, providing instruments, and managing supplies to ensure efficient and safe procedures. Your responsibilities include organizing surgical equipment, collaborating with medical staff, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and arranging the operating room for surgeries
• Upholding infection control and sterile techniques
• Providing instruments and supplies to surgical staff
• Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after procedures
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining supply readiness
• Collaborating effectively with surgical team members
• Maintaining accurate surgical counts and documentation

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current CST certification
• BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire)
