Surgical Technologist
FTE: 0.9, Shift: Days, Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (variable).
About the Role
The Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of the surgical patient and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. The Surgical Technologist has responsibility for the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures. Work situations are primarily routine but may change rapidly to an emergent or critical situation, and may require both directed and independent decision-making depending on the nature of the situation.
Requirements
- Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Current BLS Certification required

Pay
The pay scale is $30.20 - $50.59 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
