Surgical Technician - Various FTE/Shifts
About the role
Collaborates with the OR team to provide efficient, safe, cost-effective patient care outcomes. Will be proficient in all specialties and take call as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Assists with setup and maintenance of operating room equipment and supplies.
- Prepares surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Assists surgeons during procedures, ensuring sterility and safety.
- Collaborates with anesthesia providers to ensure smooth transition between pre-op and post-op phases.
- Ensures proper documentation of procedures and patient information.
Requirements
- Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Operation Room Technician Program.
Skills
Proficiency in all surgical specialties, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $32.08 - $53.14 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule with multiple shifts available.
