Surgical Technician (PRN) - Eye Surgery Center of Elizabethtown
EyeCare Partners · Elizabethtown, KY · 1 mo ago
On-siteHealthcareFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, mission, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role / company: we have description of EyeCare Partners, network, mission, location. That's substantive. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". Use "About the role" as heading.
- Responsibilities: we have "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES" long list. Use
for section headings (e.g.
Use Responsibilities
with - items.
- Requirements: we have "Requirements:" list: High School diploma or GED required, Two (2) years of hospital main operating room experience preferred, Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or other Surgical Technician certifications preferred, Experienced Surgical Technician is highly preferred... etc. Also BCLS required, background check, proof of identity. Use
Requirements
.
- Qualifications: there is a "QUALIFICATIONS" section with abilities, etc. Could be separate section "Qualifications". Use Qualifications
.
- Skills: maybe "SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY" and "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" could be considered Skills? But we have specific headings allowed: Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule content. The posting mentions Hours: PRN, office open Monday-Friday 6:00am-5:00pm, shifts within these hours, may need to work earlier/later as needed. No late nights, weekends, holidays or on-call shifts! That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that info.
- Benefits: none mentioned. So omit.
- Pay: none mentioned. Omit.
- Skills: we could include "Systems and Technology" and maybe "Physical Demands" under Skills? But better to create a "Skills" section for systems/technology and physical demands? However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Systems and Technology and Physical Demands into a "Skills" section? But they are not exactly skills; they are requirements. Might be better to have separate sections for "Systems and Technology" and "Physical Demands" but those are not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list is examples, not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; we shouldn't invent other headings. So we must map content to those headings. So we need to fit Systems and Technology and Physical Demands under Skills perhaps. Or we could omit them if not fitting. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot omit. So we need to include them somewhere. Could put them under Skills as sub-items? Use - inside Skills. That would preserve info.

We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, mission, network, location, etc. Also the "Experienced Surgical Technician is highly preferred. We will consider training someone with a strong LPN, Medical Assistant, or COA background." appears multiple times; we should include once.
We need to include the location: Elizabethtown, KY.
