Surgical Technician - Operating Room

Under the direction of the Unit Manager or Registered Nurse, assist in the preparation and care of surgical patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. Assist with surgical procedures in the Operating Room and perform routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and care of surgical patients from infant to geriatric age groups.
• Support surgical procedures in the Operating Room.
• Perform routine and delegated duties as per departmental policies.

Requirements

• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration (required upon hire).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (required upon hire).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Training Program (preferred).
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist (preferred).

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours weekly.
• Variable shift.

Pay

The wage range for this position is $31.07 - $49.30 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
