The Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center is currently seeking a Surgical Technician to join their team. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment before, during, and after procedures
• Aid surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and suctioning
• Sterilize equipment and instruments, prepare supplies, and transport patients to the operating room as needed
• Maintain vigilance over patient’s vital signs under surgery as directed by medical staff

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Graduate or student of a formal Surgical Technician program or equivalent military experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital operating room or ASC
• Surgical Technician certification required
• BLS certification required
• Medical Technician Certification from the State of New Hampshire required unless another current NH state license is held
