About the Role
Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
Gather, organize, and sterilize all surgical tools needed for procedures.
Quickly comprehend and respond to the needs of the surgical team and patients.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with the surgical team and patients.
Ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for surgery.
Prepare the operating room for surgery.
Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during surgery.
Requirements
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Skills
Knowledge of sterile technique.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Good organizational and time management skills.
