The role involves supporting outpatient surgical procedures across various specialties, including orthopedics, spine, pain management, and podiatry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields.
• Assist surgeons with instruments and equipment.
• Ensure efficient case flow and safety.
• Set up and turnover operating rooms.
• Perform instrument counts.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, anesthesia providers, and surgeons to facilitate smooth operations.
