Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Occasionally fill in as a shift lead, though this will not be a consistent requirement.
- Variable shift coverage primarily during 1900-0330 and 2130-0600 hours.
- On-call duties are required and shared fairly within the department.
- Floated between the main OR and Pavilion (OP Surgery Center).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a shift lead, precepting, or team lead role in a hospital setting.
- Certifications required: BLS, CBSPD, or HSPA.
- Experience with Da Vinci Xi, Getinge Autoclave, Amsco Autoclave, Steris V-Pro, Steris System 1e, Getinge 86 series washer, Triton 72 ultrasonic cleaner.
