Position Overview

We are seeking a clinically accomplished, strategically minded podiatric surgeon with more than 7 years of clinical experience who has a proven track record of excellence in quality, safety and patient outcomes, and leadership and collaboration.

Key Attributes And Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven surgical and clinical care with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
• Serve as a clinical leader and supportive mentor to the division, contributing to program development, education, and advancement of trainees and colleagues
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of academic medicine, medical education, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Act as a strategic partner and collaborator with physicians, administrators, and staff to achieve program growth, operational efficiency, and team performance
• Lead or contribute to quality initiatives, program expansion, and service line development
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build and sustain high-functioning teams and collaboration
• Have a history of leadership roles, whether formal or informal, and a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, improve processes, and elevate team performance
• Independently evaluate and manage complex cases while collaborating effectively across specialties is essential
