About the role

Their surgical practice is seeking a full-time dynamic BE/BC Surgical Oncologist in Lansing, Michigan. Fellowship training in surgical oncology required. UMH-Sparrow is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region.

About the practice

• Busy group practice with 1:6 call (has acute care surgery service and no trauma call)
• Practice provides most of the general surgery care for UMH-Sparrow
• Is the anchor practice for the general surgery residency with 80% of the graduates pursuing fellowship training in a variety of specialties
• Located in the heart of the Great Lakes

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job

Requirements

• Eligible for Board Certification within five (5) years of completing an accredited residency program
• MD or DO degree
• Fellowship training in surgical oncology required
