About the role

SpecialtyCare is the leading provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, monitoring over 100,000 cases annually and serving over 450 hospitals and 2,300 surgeons.

Responsibilities

- Monitor surgeries to ensure patient safety. - Provide expert consultation and training to surgical teams. - Maintain certifications such as CNIM and/or D.ABNM. - Work on-call schedule.

Requirements

- CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required. - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in a science-related field preferred. - Two years minimum of experience; five plus years preferred. - Strong communication and computer skills. - Ability to work in a high-stress environment. - Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay

- Salary range: $260,000 - $300,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
