About the Role

The Dental Boutique Westchase is a family-owned general dentistry office providing an extensive range of dental services, including Invisalign, dental implants, and full arch restorations. We are seeking an experienced surgical dental assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Mastery in chair-side surgical assisting for implant and restorative procedures
• Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and managing Invisalign cases
• Comfortably discuss financials, treatment plans, and payment options with patients
• Impeccable organization for inventory control and instrument management
• Maintain a sterile field and work with surgical instruments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to put patients at ease in a surgical setting
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
• Flexibility with schedule, including occasional extended hours for patient care

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience with a surgical focus
• Hands-on experience assisting with implant placement and implant-related procedures
• Strong Invisalign experience including attachments, refinements, and case management
• Experience with iTero Scanner strongly preferred
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
