Surgical Attendant- OR Main- FT- 1st Shift

About the role

The Surgical Support Attendant works under the direction of the RN/Licensed Practical Nurse, providing direct patient care, transporting patients, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the unit. The role requires the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, set and manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous patient care experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period
