Surgical Aide

Performs a variety of technical, environmental and patient care duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships Organizational skills Maintains BLS validation Knowledge of proper English, spelling grammar and medical terminology Ability to greet and serve visitors in a manner conducive to positive customer relations Demonstrates effective communication skills with physicians and ancillary departments Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing various software
