Surgery RN - FT 12 Hour Shift w/ call rotation

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on the unit during a shift.

The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice, which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, and for the promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans
• Implementing care plans and monitoring patient progress
• Evaluating patient outcomes and making adjustments as necessary
• Managing personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit
• Promoting collaboration with other healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license
• BLS and ACLS required
• 2 years' Surgery RN experience preferred
