Surgery RN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care for patients before, during, and after surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient vital signs and status throughout procedures
• Administer medications and manage anesthesia-related tasks
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols to prevent infections and complications
• Contribute to an inclusive and compassionate healthcare environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a perioperative or surgical nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge of surgical procedures, patient monitoring, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain sterile techniques and follow safety standards
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
