Surgery - Breast Physician

Seeking a Breast Surgeon for a dedicated practice specializing exclusively in breast and endocrine care, with no general surgery responsibilities or ER call. The role involves managing a patient population of over 15,000, performing in-office procedures such as ultrasound-guided and stereotactic biopsies, aspirations, and minor excisional surgeries, with full EMR integration. Key responsibilities include outpatient care, same-day diagnosis, post-operative rounds, and managing patients' body, mind, and spirit with a patient-centered approach. The surgeon will utilize on-site diagnostic tools including digital mammography, breast ultrasound, and balloon-based accelerated partial breast irradiation. Qualifications include board certification in Surgery, with a preferred fellowship in SSO or ASBS; willing to train new graduates in specialized procedures. Candidate should value moral integrity, patient care, and collaborative teamwork. The position offers a pathway to partnership, malpractice and medical coverage at no cost, CME paid time off, dues paid for professional memberships, and three weeks of vacation annually.
