Surface Landman II

Responsibilities

• Secure right-of-way (ROW) for pipeline, roads, locations and all other operation functions.
• Handle inquiries and issues of EOG lessors and royalty owners.
• Settle damages for any operation work to be performed.
• Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land and exploration departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
• Good driving record required.
