About the role
This role supervises and evaluates Supply Chain activities to ensure equipment, parts, and supplies are available to perform panel wiring assembly.
Responsibilities
- Performs assignments designed to develop work knowledge, skills, and abilities requiring application of policies, procedures, techniques, and other criteria in carrying out all aspects of the job.
- Ensures completed panels are processed and shipped according to project deadlines.
- Prepares crew rosters and timesheets, OT callout lists, employee performance reviews, and conducts employee training.
- Maintains consistent administration of IBEW contract and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Significant directly related experience (9+ years with HS/GED; 7+ years with related Associate degree; or 5+ years with related Bachelor’s degree).
- Related experience in any one or combination of the following areas: Substation, System Protection, Electrical Mechanic, Electrical Equipment, and/or relevant engineering.
- Strongly prefer graduates of Dominion Energy Substation Electrician Development Program or related Dominion Energy/other utility development program. Experience considered in lieu of completion of a training program.
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SAP supply chain transactions a plus.
- Full knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory.

Education
Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor’s. Preferred discipline: Technology. Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

Pay
Expected hiring base salary range: $112,500 - $146,100. The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
