About the role

We're looking for a Supervisor-RN to oversee and provide care in emergency medicine units. You'll evaluate nursing interventions, coordinate care, supervise staff, and resolve issues. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma
• Quickly assess and respond to medical emergencies
• Organize, plan, and supervise patient care
• Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff nurses and technicians
• Promote adherence to nursing protocols and clinical guidelines
• Manage conflicts and collaborate with leadership
• Support daily operations, including scheduling and supplies
• Adapt to patient populations and maintain privacy
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• 1 year of relevant RN experience or 2 years of LPN experience in acute care
• Current RN license and BLS certification
