Supv - Rehab - BHME Physical Therapy
Responsibilities
- Supervises Rehab Services daily activities.
- Captors and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule.
- Aids in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs.
- Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel.
- Aids in staff performance evaluations.
- Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
- Aids Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.
- Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.
- Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.
- BCLS for healthcare provider?s certification upon hire and maintain current.

Bridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $44.00 to $55.01. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
