Position Overview
The Housing Authority of San Luis Obisco (HASLO) is seeking a Supportive Services Case Manager to support residents at the Paso Homekey community in Paso Robles. The position operates under a Housing First philosophy, recognizing that stable housing is the foundation for success.
Responsibilities
- Support residents experiencing homelessness with trauma-informed care and person-centered services
- Build relationships and connect residents with community resources
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support
- Ensure residents have access to necessary services and resources
Requirements
- Belief in the Housing First model
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
