About the role

The Support Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Americas region in managing workforce operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, and enhancing customer success through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of workforce management systems to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management processes.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
  • Develops and maintains reports to provide insights into workforce performance and customer success metrics.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to workforce management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce management or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with workforce management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to workforce management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
