About the role
Supports the company’s IT infrastructure and customer service needs. Works closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on company equipment
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity concepts
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
