Responsibilities
- Available during regular business hours in person (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
- Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed.
- Participates in on-call rotation.
- Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
- Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed (see Complaints and Grievances policy).
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Six (6) months of experience with a regulated personal care agency or similar company.
- Maintains CPR Certification.
- Ability to supervise and direct care team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities including delegation and tactful interaction with customers and the community.
- Proficient with Windows-style applications and various role-specific software packages.
- Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff.
- Maintains a valid Driver’s license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy.
