Support Teacher – Infant & Toddler Program

About the role

Join us in nurturing our youngest learners in a Montessori environment.

Responsibilities

• Nurture infants and toddlers in a Montessori setting
• Support the classroom teacher in daily activities
• Assist with morning and afternoon care as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
• Valid Wisconsin fingerprint clearance card
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings

Qualifications

• Catholic faith commitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively

Skills

• Knowledge of Montessori principles and practices
• Basic first aid and CPR certification

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

2 mornings weekly (approx. 10 hours)
