Support Staff-Systems Analyst
About the role
This position is responsible for ensuring maximum operating efficiency of the district's central computer and for providing technical assistance and guidance to programming personnel within the Date Processing Section. This is a senior-level technical position responsible for supporting and enhancing the district’s enterprise technology environment, including Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP applications, system integrations, reporting, process automation, and application security.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead complex technology initiatives
- Collaborate across the organization to design, implement, and support secure, reliable, and efficient enterprise systems
- Improve data integrity, operational effectiveness, and the delivery of district services
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with enterprise technology environments, including SIS, ERP applications, and system integrations, is required. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively. Must also possess strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
