Support Staff-Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions to help students improve their academic performance and time management skills.
• Offer group counseling sessions to facilitate social skill development and peer interaction among students.
• Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community resources to support students' holistic development.
• Assess student needs and progress, and adjust counseling strategies accordingly.
• Document sessions and maintain confidentiality as required by law.
