Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges
• Supporting development of goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Building meaningful relationships and encouraging community participation
• Taking initiative to promote participant well-being and independence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services (preferred)
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid driver’s license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance
