Support Professional - Part Time

About the role

Provide community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help individuals achieve developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build meaningful relationships, promote community engagement, and encourage participation in preferred activities.
• Take initiative to ensure participants' well-being and independence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of human services or care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
