This position is ideal for professionals with a background in providing compassionate care and support, particularly those currently working in Human Services or Social Services. The role is tailored for those seeking part-time work and provides comprehensive training with no prior experience needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
  • Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
  • Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Commitment to a 6-month position to positively impact clients' lives.

Skills and Experience

A great fit if you have experience in any of the following areas:

  • Education or early childhood development.
  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
  • After-school programs or camp counseling.
  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
  • ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
  • Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
  • Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.

No prior experience in ABA is required — paid training is provided!
