About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in engaging in community and on-site activities. The role involves exploring interests, fostering meaningful participation, and providing physical assistance with mobility and hygiene tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals' interests and foster meaningful participation in activities
• Ensure safety and provide physical assistance with mobility and hygiene tasks
• Assist with daily tasks and program activities
• Provide transportation using large vans when required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class E Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to drive large vans
