Support Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer skilled in these technologies - Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, Azure Databricks. Candidate should be willing to work in both support and development ecosystem involving production support shifts and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps
• Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management
• Work on minor enhancements development stories
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
