Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with Autism.
• Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
• Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Ideal Experience: Education or early childhood development, Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide, Childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling, Behavioral health, mental health, or social services, ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism, Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
