Support & Deployment Specialist, Media Production Suite

Bring your post-production expertise to a fast-paced 24/7 support team helping keep production and post-production workflows moving smoothly. This role focuses on troubleshooting, media access, and operational support for a collaborative environment with potential to grow into a longer-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to production, post-production, and vendor partners when workflows are blocked
• Help ensure coverage for a rotating on-call schedule as part of a 24/7 support model
• Assist with getting media into the cloud and remotely accessing machines for troubleshooting
• Investigate technical issues, identify what is happening, and help drive toward resolution
• Support weekend and after-hours coverage needs as part of the team’s operating structure
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain reliable support across production timelines
• Contribute to an environment that may support future long-term opportunities based on team needs and performance

Skills

• Hands-on experience in post-production support, operations, or a related technical role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through technical issues methodically
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and media handling
• Experience supporting remote systems or machines
• Clear communication and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a team-based support environment
• Flexibility to participate in on-call coverage and evolving support expectations

Preferred Skills

• Background as an imaging technician or in post-production operations
• Experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive support setting
• Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and vendor partners
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support needs
• Interest in contributing to a scalable, always-available support model
• Availability to work onsite in Los Angeles several days per week for collaboration and onboarding

Pay

The pay range for this role is $50 - $87 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
