What You'll Do

• Support teachers in classrooms throughout the school
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and daily routines
• Assist with educational activities, transitions, and classroom management
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Help maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus

Schedule

Part-time, Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.

Pay

Bonus based on performance.
