Support Coach - ICPR

Responsibilities

• Maintain clients’ whereabouts and participation in activities.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to established plans and timelines.
• Administer and document medications in accordance with MARs and physician’s orders.
• Guide clients in daily tasks and teach practical coping mechanisms.
• Engage clients in social skills activities and build relationships.
• Complete routine cleaning and other assigned duties.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and report client issues to supervisor.
• Contact the Adult Residential Administrator in emergencies.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
• Use of a computer.
• TB test upon hire.
