Support Associate

About the Role

A typical day is… atypical. You might be acting as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, and cashier
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack and unpack shipments
• Organize the stock room to support product flow
• Maintain smooth store operations

Requirements

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Stock-related experience a plus
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time

Pay

The compensation range for this position is 17.00 USD - 20.00 USD per hour, based on relevant experience and work location.
