Support Assistant - Early Years

About the role

The leadership team of Lake View Primary School are seeking to appoint an Early Years Support Assistant to work in their new nursery provision for 2 year old children, Little Ducklings. This is a fixed term role for two terms from 01/09/2026 to 26/03/2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to children in our 2 year old provision
• Provide quality early years educational and developmental support to children
• Work closely with the wider Early Years and School team

Requirements

A full and relevant early years Level 2 qualification (or above) is essential for this role.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post.
