About the role

Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 30 years, is seeking a talented Support Assistant as the first point of contact to the customers we serve.

Responsibilities

• Field and triage a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system
• Serve as company’s first point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Perform other reasonable administrative duties as requested by Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience
• Knowledge of PCs and familiarity with common programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to type quickly while listening
• Ability to work within a team-based environment
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and grammatical skills
