About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Support Department within Exel. This role is ideal for someone looking for a fresh challenge in a technology-driven company and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to users of our ERP and Field Service Management business systems.
  • Play a key role in supporting the Exel Support Desk team.
  • Provide technical advice and support to software users.
  • Respond to customer enquiries with urgency and accuracy.
  • Work independently, quickly, and accurately under pressure.
  • Show a logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with both verbal and written English.

Requirements

  • Experience or background in Engineering, ERP Systems.
  • A solid understanding of Relational Databases (e.g. MSSQL).
  • An appreciation of the urgency in responding to customer enquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English.

Qualifications

  • Strong logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly under pressure.
  • Experience providing technical advice and support to software users.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in ERP Systems.
