JOB SUMMARY
The Support Analyst’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. Provides backup support for PAC’s administration, telecommunications, Multi-Function printers, and other printers.
Responsibilities
- Receives, prioritizes, documents, and actively resolves end user help requests.
- Uses diagnostic and help request tracking tools to resolve issues.
- Gives in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
- Provides backup support for PAC’s administration, telecommunications, Multi-Function printers, and other printers.
Requirements
- Experience with help desk software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
