Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory, and distribution of supplies, equipment, and materials in support of program operations.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition and document receipt of all items.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using designated systems and databases.
- Conduct periodic physical inventories and cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure full accountability of government property.
- Monitor stock levels, usage trends, and coordinate replenishment actions to maintain operational readiness.
- Prepare and process supply-related documentation, including: requisitions, purchase requests, receiving reports, shipping records.
- Coverage with vendors, logistics personnel, and internal stakeholders to support timely procurement and delivery.
- Issue supplies and equipment to authorized personnel and maintain custody / chain-of-custody records.
- Support lifecycle management activities, including property tracking, transfer, and disposal in accordance with federal regulations.
- Generate inventory status, usage, and discrepancy reports as required.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with inventory management and audit requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of supply and logistics workflows.
Qualifications
- Desired Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills, Detail Oriented.
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). An associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Required Experience: Must have a working professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Visio. Professional working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader preferred.
- Required Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (Public Trust) security clearance.
