SUPPLY STORE MANAGER, Clinical Affairs - Administration
About the role
The Supply Store Manager will manage a team of 14; 10 Dispensary Assistants, 2 Supply Store Coordinators, 1 Supply Store Assistant and 1 Student Materials Coordinator. This position will manage oversight of all inventory levels of supplies housed within the Supply Store. This includes ordering, invoice reconciliation, dept order fulfillment and PO set up. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving as it pertains to dental supply stock. The Manager is also responsible for inventory management and annual inventory counts. The manager oversees the receiving flow in the department. Ensures that all required documentation related to receiving, stock, and non-stock supply distribution is maintained neat and orderly. Coordinates emergency deliveries with the Transportation department administration. Researches any special-order delivery issues in response to end-user complaints. Assist with the unloading, unpacking and storage of inventory items as they are received. Notifies departments of any change in the movement of products, such as overstocking of items or slow-moving items. Verify and report all noted item quantity discrepancies to the Director. Delivery of stock and non-stock items to all affiliated clinics. Ensures that staff pick tickets/computer requisitions and delivers supplies to departments in a timely manner. Assists with annual and cycle count events as directed by the Director. Assists with the loading and unloading of the departments delivery truck and brings all supplies and or equipment into the department. Use of a pallet jack may be required.

- Determine, approve, and monitor staffing needs, including hiring, training, continuous development, performance management, discipline, and corrective actions.
- Plan, prepare, and forecast materials, resources/staff, training, and budget activities.
- Monitor and approve sick and vacation requests to ensure adequate staff coverage.
Requirements
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
